I have recently purchased tradeitself(http://www.tradeitself.com), an autotrading program for FXCM and I am having some problems. I can get it to work on a demo account, however when I use a real account I get the following error

"14:35:17 Tue 11 Apr 2006 ERROR Buy at market FAILED: 1 lot(s) of EUR/USD on account ##########, price 1.2141, stop 1.2131, limit 1.2146, trailing min move 0, at market points 0 Error Message: integrity constraint (U10R10.TRADE_ACCT_FK) violated - parent key not found [FXCMTradeDesk.BuyAtMarket_Internal]"

I talked to the developer of the program over the phone and he said that this is usally a result of an incorrect account number entered, however i have verified that I entered the correct account number and login. So could this be a problem with my user account?

I am wondered. If you are going to do automated trading, the parsing of email content is just an easy part with respect to the whole program. May I know why would you like to purchase a product from others ?
