API to get Gold and Silver

I am new to forum. Can anyone tell me an API with the help of which i can get the GOLD and SILVER ASK-BID values.

FXCM doesn’t provide bid offer quotes for gold and silver therefore the APIs would not be able to access what is unavailable.

You may want to check out snap dragon. (snapdragon.co.uk) They provide historical tick and 1 minute data for a wide variety of products. They do charge a fee for this, but it is fairly inexpensive.
