simple automated exit strategy

Hi,

What is the recommended method of creating a simple automated exit strategy for my manual discretionary entries?

I'm looking to do the following:
1. partial profits every X number of pips in profit
2. stop exit after reaching Y number of pips ( 3 levels of this )
3. partial exit every Z number of minutes

I'm willing to do the development myself or modify an existing application. What's the recommended language, platform or API to use?

Since you are able to develop your own application, you can make use of our available API's. The ones which would meet your needs, depending on the language you use would be the Java API or the Order2Go API. Please visit the following link for more information:

Did you get this functionality to work? I have been looking into this for a while also. I want something simple. I want to be able to set up where it will automatically set a top up after I manually put an order in, then automatically move my stops to this amount after so many pips, then this amount after so many more pips, then initiate a trailing stop after so many pips.
I am not looking to completely automate. I just want the system to automatically take care of that after I initiate a manual order.
Some people have buy, sell, etc -- everythign automated. I woudl think what I am looking for is simple, but haven't foudn it yet.
