trading MA crossover

I am new to this programming and I have a quick question. I want to place trades based on a MA crossover on a 4-hour chart for GBP/USD - everytime it happens.

How can I make this happen? - I have a FXCM mini account. Please advice - if you already have a code/program that I can use - please let me know about that too.
