System Property for Pip Value?

Is there a System Property that returns the $ value of a one pip move in price? I think the value is $10.00 for a BIG account and $1.00 for a small account, but it would be nice to put in some code to get the value from the system.

The cost of 1 pip is different for each currency and can be located in the Offers Table under the column PipCost.
