How to do not allow hedged positions to appear at the open positions table? I mean if I bought USD/CHF 100K and then sold USD/CHF 100K I want to have no open positions, no storage applied, etc.

You need to request for hedging to be turned off on your account. You can do so by contacting the FXCM sales team, or emailing admin@fxcm.com .
