Do I need to turn it on in my FXCM trading platform somewhere?

I have read this thread

and the orders2go software is not functioning see my posts in that thread...I cannot get an answer in that thread and Customer Service at FXCM refuses to let me talk to the programming department.

I left my phone number and customer service told them to call me and I also emailed them and they pointed me here...
