Shortcuts on FX Trading Station II

I plan to use my computer programme written in VBA-excel for automated transactions and I make some arrangements now. FTrade Station II has shortcuts for every procedure. I write a VBA programming code for using it but my “sendkey” command does not work on the Station. It tries to use shortcuts as programme instead of manually. I want to ask if there is any blockege for it

I think there is an error in the software.

Control + M for "marketscope" window does not work with "sendkey" command.

But shift + alt + E for "export to excel" window does work.

In addition all "sendkeys" commands works on other trading stations.
